Equipment for Fitness & Weigh Loss Courses & Multi-Activity Holidays
For cycling, hiking, power walking and running in Andalucia from May to September, you will need to bring all the things that you would normally wear or pack for a long day's activities in the UK in summer (except for your waterproofs!).
From October to April there are lots of gloriously sunny days, but the weather can be cold and rain is a distinct possibility (particularly from December to February). Therefore, waterproofs are a must.
Please see below for specific recommendations. If you are joining us for a weight-loss or fitness holiday, your requirements will depend on the specific structure of your course. A general list is included for reference. Please contact us if you require further advice.
Don't worry if you forget anything; we can usually find something to fit that you will be able to hire or borrow.
Please note: All guests staying at the hotel Finca Eslava will need a swimming cap to use the indoor pool. These can be purchased from the fitness centre reception for €5. If you intend to use the gym, you will also need a selection of "work-out gear".
