Our boot camps are based on over 25 years of experience gained serving in the British Military. No-one can motivate you better to get into shape!
Realistic & Sustainable Results
Our boot camps are about effective exercise and hard work, not starvation, discomfort and suffering! All guests are accommodated in private en-suite rooms in a 4-star hotel with a fantastic gym and indoor and outdoor (in summer) swimming pools. First-class food is provided by the hotel chefs - the menu is controlled, (after all, everyone is here to lose weight), but you won´t be starved into achieving unrealistic and unsustainable weight-loss results.

We aim to encourage and motivate you to improve your health and fitness, whilst ensuring that you leave us not just motivated to build on your success during the boot camp, but also equipped with the knowledge and confidence to continue to progress.

Health &Fitness Assessments
Each boot camp fitness break starts with a comprehensive health and fitness assessment including:
Weight.
Body fat percentage.
Basal metabolic rate.
Metabolic age.
Body water level.
Muscle mass.
Bone mass.
Hip and waist size.
Blood pressure.
Resting and predicted maximum heart rate.
Lung strength.
Cardiovascular fitness.
Strength.
Flexibility.
At the end of the boot camp, you will definitely see fabulous improvements in many of these areas - better still, the improvements will be sustainable!
Fun Activities
Our boot camps are designed to be effective and fun! Each boot camp normally includes sessions of hiking, mountain biking, running / power-walking, circuit training, obstacle crossing, team tasks and flexibility classes, including night-time hikes. There may also be lake swimming, kayaking, climbing and abseiling. The activities available will depend on the weather and on the capabilities and preferences of the group.
Programme
The activities will be scaled to the level of fitness and capabilities of the participants. Allowances will always be made for individual aptitude and confidence. That said, a typical day might consist of:
0600 - Limber up jog / walk and flexibility class.
0715 - Breakfast.
0800 - Hike or bike ride (or kayaking).
1300 - Lunch.
1430 - Circuit training or obstacle crossing or team tasks.
1700 - Flexibility class.
1800 - Massage
1900 - Motivation or nutrition or exercise workshop.
2000 - Dinner.
2100 - Night activities (2 nights only).
Our boot camps are designed to provide you with the kick-start you need to get back on track with those elusive health, fitness and weight-loss goals. There will be a mix of cardiovascular and resistance training, incorporating free weights, body weight and stability balls - the proven, most effective combination in any effective fat-burning program.

A place on our exclusive boot camp costs only 1350€ per person.
Included in the cost of every boot camp are:
Airport transfers from Malaga or Granada;
All transport;
Accommodation in a private en-suite room at the 4-star hotel Finca Eslava - Absolutely No sharing!
All meals & drinks (no soft drinks or alcohol);
All linens and towels, including beach/pool towels;
A complete personal health and fitness assessment;
All activities;
All equipment, except personal items;
A massage session (more may be booked).

If you would like to arrive earlier and/or leave later this can easily be arranged. Why not stay on for one of our regular fitness courses or holidays? Or, while you are in one of the most beautiful and interesting parts of the world, why not take the chance to see some more of the place?
Boot camps do not include flights. (You may find skyscanner.net a very useful resource for finding ridiculously cheap flights to both Malaga & Granada from most UK airports.)
